I consider Caroline a part of our family and know that we can travel for a day or several weeks without any worries. She treats our pups as if they were her own in every way. Over the years we have had senior dogs to young pups and every age in between. We’ve had as many as 4 dogs at once and visiting cats too. Caroline has noticed medical issues, transported to the vet, administered all kinds of medicine, dealt with special food requirements and embraced the quirkiness of the many personalities of our babies. On top of everything else, she always manages to leave the house looking better than she found it. I have the utmost respect for Caroline and trust her implicitly. She’s a consummate professional who also exudes warmth, kindness & compassion. Caroline is a true pleasure and I honestly do not know what I would do without her!!!

It’s not often that you find someone that you trust completely. Not only to be alone in your home, but to take care of your fur babies. Any time I leave town I am not worried because I know my girls are in great hands. I have worked with Caroline and her team for many years and several dogs, and I would not trust anyone else with them. She was fantastic with my older dog before she passed, and she is patient and helpful with our newest addition . She is great with communication if there are any issues, but she also sends cute pictures when they are snuggling and happy. Makes me feel not so guilty about leaving them at home knowing they are in great hands and comfortable in their own environment. My fur babies do not travel well, so it is a win-win for everyone. Caroline and her team are also knowledgeable when it comes to canine care, so I always have her available to answer questions if I have any issues with my girls. She had also referred me to a fantastic Vet, Shadow Lake. If anything ever happened while I was out of town, I know she would take them there on my behalf. We are lucky to have her in our life and our dogs are lucky to have her as their vacation mama.

We are a fully licensed professional pet care service that comes to you, allowing you to keep your pets in the comfort of their home.
